We had Rusty list my Mom's house in Lisle & than my Aunt's house in Cicero (which sold in 3 days). He did an excellent job in listing both houses including the photos and doing the open house. He went above & beyond what I think a realtor would do. We did not live close to both houses so he would meet contractors to let them in to give us estimates and meet the town inspectors. We found out that the grass was not getting cut at my Aunts house so he volunteered to go over the next day which was a little ride for him and cut the grass with his own lawnmower which was about 18' high. Rusty Clements worked with us tirelessly; was available 24/7. We had a death in the family, and had two properties to dispose of which both needed some work. We found out that the grass was not getting cut at my Aunts house so he volunteered to go over the next day which was a little ride for him and cut the grass with his own lawnmower which was about 18' high.Thanks for everything again Rusty, we highly recommend you. We had a house in Wheaton, Il. It was getting to be too much to take care of it being 400 miles away. We had gotten Rusty's name from a neighbor. We made an appointment with him, assured him we were intrested in selling. He listed the home and had offers in days. Less than a month and a half he had it closed!!!!
